2015年，实验室国内外学术交流继续加强。本年度29人次在国际会议上进行广泛的学术交流，邀请国内外学者来访交流6人次；派出青年访问学者4人、高级访问学者2人在欧美知名高校进行合作研究。营造了良好的学术氛围，进一步扩大了重点实验室的影响，促进了学术交流。

实验室注重开展以会议、学术论坛、学术报告和讲学为主要形式的各类学术活动，各个研究方向不定期邀请国内外知名学者来实验室进行交流。本年度实验室与青岛海洋科学与技术协同创新中心共同主办了“纳米颗粒的环境行为及生物响应机制”国际研讨会，大会特邀ES&T期刊副主编、美国Rice大学的Pedro Alvarez教授，美国加州大学芭芭拉分校的Patricia Holden教授，多位国家杰出青年基金获得者、教育部长江学者等参会并进行专题报告，会议还吸引了国内30余所高校和科研院所的50余位学者参会。另外，本年度共邀请6人次国内外知名学者来实验室进行访问交流，为广大师生提供了面向环境学科前沿研究的重要窗口，取得了积极、良好的效果。
