2014年度共有25人次在国际学术会议上进行了不同形式的学术交流，有6名中青年学者赴美国著名高校进行访学。
实验室注重开展以学术论坛、学术报告和讲学为主要形式的各类学术活动，各个研究方向不定期邀请国内外知名学者来实验室进行交流。本年度共邀请14人次国际上知名学者来实验室交流做报告，为广大师生提供了面向国际环境科学与环境工程前沿的重要窗口，取得了积极、良好的效果。
